About the SBE Assessment Platform

The SBE Assessment Platform is an online tool implementing iiSBE Assessment System, making possible to evaluate the sustainability of buildings, neighbourhoods, and cities. The tools composing iiSBE Assessment System (SBTool, SNTool, SCTool) can be contextualized and adapted to any region reflecting local conditions and priorities. iiSBE Assessment System is based on the transnational methodology SBE Method of iiSBE.

How to access the SBE Assessment Platform - Registration

Two different access roles to the web tool are provided:

Owner

An Owner can develop and manage a contextualised version of SBTool, SNTool or SCTool . It can be a public authority (e.g. a Municipality or a Region) or a private organisation. To obtain access credentials as "Owner" you must indicate this option in the registration form.

Assessor

An assessor can carry out a sustainability assessment using a contextualised version of SBTool, SNTool or SCTool available on the SBE Assessment Platform.

If you are

  • set the sustainability goals for your city
  • identify and prioritize the sustainability interventions to improve the performance of your city
  • measure the current level of sustainability at building, neighbourhood or city scale

the SBE Assessment Platform enables you to:

  • develop your own sustainability assessment tool based on the transnational generic versions of SBTool, SNTool, SCTool;
  • carry out sustainability assessments at building, neighbourhood or city scale using your contextualised tools;
  • visualize the results of the sustainability assessment.
